Pelham is in New York, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. Getting around Pelham is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across New York's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

Ridiculous and extremely unprofessional. They sign a contract with you without ever clearly stating a minimum annual purchase requirement. Then, when their machines break, instead of replacing them, they say: βWe expect our customers to place $10,000 in annual orders, and since you donβt, we have to pick up the machines.β This is completely unacceptable and dishonest business practice. Expectations like this should be disclosed before any agreement is made, not used later as an excuse to avoid responsibility. Very unprofessional, misleading, and disappointing. I would not recommend working with this company.

Sell great products, but when you need service they hold you ransom. They've come multiple times and never fixed same issue over 6 months period, but want to be paid for each visit even when they don't fix anything... They charge you 300$ just to come and then have excuses each time and never follow through fixing things. They were a great company that is now falling apart. I was a dedicated customer of these guys for years and always were there, now a days it's like pulling teeth to get someone to show up! Once a job is completed then an invoice should be issued. Travel and hourly rates add up! You're better off learning how to fix machine yourself! I pretty much had to... Buyers beware! I recommend this company to 6 other businesses and now I regret supporting them. If a machine breaks it will be 7-10 days before anyone shows. Good luck...

Really nice atmosphere, regular street parking. 2 stars because my cortado was incredibly bland and had way more milk than coffee.

Excellent fresh roasted coffee and tasty cream donuts. The baristas are really nice. Their bullet proof coffee, cappuccino, and pour over are all solid selections.
